So today we made salsa! We got 60 tomatoes for $9.75 from our fruit and veggie co-op. What a steal, I know! We also got the "mexican pack" which was $5 and included all the other ingredients to our salsa: garlic, onion, green onion, jalepenos, cilantro, tomatillos!
Now that's a bowl of salsa!
Now who is going to help me can this salsa?
Papa's behemouth grill, that's who! We're stocked up on salsa for the next couple months! (we eat a lot of salsa!)
Want to come over for some chips and salsa? Oh, we could probably mix you up a margarita too!

Yummy! That salsa looks awesome. Looks like DJB takes after his Aunt JB. You'll have to tell him that I want him to teach me how to make his salsa next time we come to visit. Miss you guys!!! Love the site.
